Common questions
Recover a deleted journal entry
Open the plant’s Journal → Recently deleted entries → Restore entry.
Back up or move your collection
Open Settings → Backups & restore. After exporting, check Files to confirm the backup was saved. Backups are unencrypted, so keep them somewhere you trust.
Turn on a daily reminder
Enable the Daily journal prompt and allow notifications in iOS Settings. Watering reminders appear inside My plants.
Your collection and your privacy
Your plants, journal, photos, and preferences are stored on your device. Read the privacy policy for details about optional feedback, photo access, backups, and deletion.
